Acceptable use

The network may be used to deliver lawful content. Distribution of malware, phishing kits, or material that infringes third-party rights is prohibited and will result in immediate suspension.

Availability

Team plans and above carry a 99.9% monthly delivery commitment, credited on request.

Termination

Either party may terminate with 30 days notice. Prepaid fees are refunded pro rata.
